Try our recipe and test your way through different varieties.
Recipe: 2 kg of ice powder Mix with 5 liters of water until the powder dissolves. For special creamy ice cream you can use milk instead of water or you can mix the milk with water. Then put the soft ice cream mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then the mixture is poured into the soft ice cream machine, voila, done! The soft ice cream mixture is ready to serve.
