Recipe: 1 kg Mix ice powder with 2,5 - 3,5 liters of water until the powder dissolves. For special creamy ice cream you can use 1 part milk and 2 parts water. Then the Soft ice cream mix Put in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then the mass is in the soft ice cream machine filled, voila ready! The soft ice cream mixture is ready to serve.

The soft ice cream powder must be stored dry and protected from light and must not be exposed to heat.
